Ricardo is a real estate development and investment professional with extensive experience in multifamily, luxury, and mixed-use projects. Over his career, he has been involved in developments totaling over $250 million, in project management, financial analysis, and strategic acquisitions.

Ricardo has worked with industry-leading firms such as Zephyr Partners, Richmond American Homes, and Wood Partners, where he led project management efforts for a 260-unit multifamily development. His expertise includes budget forecasting, contract negotiations, construction oversight, and asset management, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As part of Linear Equity, Ricardo leverages his deep industry knowledge to identify and develop high-value real estate opportunities. His approach is data-driven, results-oriented, and focused on creating long-term value for investors while enhancing communities through sustainable and innovative design.

Outside of real estate, Ricardo enjoys traveling the world, training for the next full or half Ironmans, and watching football. He is always seeking new experiences that inspire both his personal and professional growth.
